About The Cross Ridge HOA

The Cross Ridge HOA is the homeowner’s association of our small front-range community situated in the northwest corner of the city limits of Lafayette, Colorado. We are a community of just over 90 homes on nine cul-de-sacs connected by a neighborhood park and walking trails with western mountain views. Our community is fortunate to be served by excellent Boulder Valley schools. We are within walking distance of the Arapahoe YMCA (with outdoor pool and indoor ice rink) and a wide array of specialty shops and restaurants.

Our community was established on the Ewing Homestead land. Information on the history of the Ewing Homestead including the Centennial historical designation of the original farm house is available on our website, with more information available from our HOA Board.
